Max-OT, Week 15, Day A
Yesterday’s biceps workout was pretty fun, I have to say. It took a while for me to get to 55lbs. for the Alternate DB curls, but I may go for 60lbs. DBs just to see what they feel like. Also, I went for fewer reps for the Bicep curls so I could add 5 more lbs. to the exercise.
Yeah – sometimes its good to hit the heavier wt – even if just for 4-6 reps to feel it – your body adapts and sooner that wt feels lighter
